1. Introduction

SaveFlow is an AI-powered screenshot organizer that helps you upload, save, search, categorize, and rediscover your screenshots and images. The service is available on the web at saveflowapp.com and through related mobile and desktop clients.

SaveFlow is owned and operated by Elena Nikolaevna Soloveva (Соловьева Елена Николаевна), an individual service provider based in the Russian Federation. In this Privacy Policy, “SaveFlow”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the owner of the service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SaveFlow, how we use and protect it, who we may share it with, and what choices and rights you have. It applies to all users of SaveFlow, including users in Russia, the CIS, and other countries.

SaveFlow is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent, please do not use SaveFlow.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at support.saveflowapp@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is needed to operate SaveFlow, keep your account secure, and improve the service. The categories below describe what we may collect.

Account and authentication data

  • Email address used to register and sign in.
  • Display name and optional profile information you provide.
  • Authentication identifiers from Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In if you use them (for example, your provider user ID and the email associated with your provider account).
  • Password hashes (we never store passwords in plain text) and security-related metadata such as sign-in timestamps.

Screenshots, images, and related content

  • Screenshots and other images you upload or import into SaveFlow.
  • Text, captions, notes, and comments you add to your items.
  • Categories, folders, tags, and other organizational data you create.
  • AI-generated outputs associated with your content, such as tags, categories, summaries, and search annotations.
You remain the owner of all screenshots and content you upload to SaveFlow. We process this content solely to provide the service to you.

Device, technical, and usage data

  • Device and browser information (device type, operating system, browser type and version).
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Language and locale preferences.
  • Usage data such as features used, actions taken, errors encountered, and timestamps.

Analytics data

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how SaveFlow is used. These tools may collect aggregated and pseudonymous data about page views, interactions, session recordings, and performance metrics.

Payment-related data

SaveFlow currently offers a free plan that includes up to 100 screenshots. We may later introduce paid plans, such as a Pro subscription (for example, 399 RUB/month for users in Russia and $4.99/month for international users) and a Lifetime Early Adopter offer. When paid plans become available, payments will be processed by third-party payment processors. We may store limited information related to your purchase, such as plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing country. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Communications

If you contact us by email or through support channels, we may keep records of those communications to respond to you and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the SaveFlow service, including uploading, storing, organizing, searching, and synchronizing your screenshots.
  • Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and keep your sessions secure.
  • Apply AI processing to your screenshots and content to generate tags, categories, summaries, and to improve search and organization.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your questions and requests.
  • Send service-related emails such as registration confirmations, sign-in notifications, password recovery, security alerts, account notices, and billing or service updates.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
  • Measure and analyze how SaveFlow is used so we can fix bugs and improve features.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your screenshots or personal data to send marketing emails. If we ever introduce marketing communications in the future, we will ask for your separate consent and you will be able to opt out at any time.

4. AI Processing

A core part of SaveFlow uses artificial intelligence to help you find and organize your screenshots. To do this, your screenshots and related content may be sent to AI providers such as OpenAI for processing.

AI processing in SaveFlow may include:

  • Recognizing and extracting text and visual context from your screenshots.
  • Generating tags, categories, descriptions, and short summaries.
  • Improving search results and suggesting related items.

We only send the content needed to perform the requested AI task. AI providers process this data on our behalf to deliver results back to SaveFlow. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models without your consent, and we choose providers that offer privacy-respecting processing options where available.

AI-generated outputs (such as tags, categories, and summaries) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them, especially for important decisions.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your screenshots, account data, and related metadata are stored in your SaveFlow account so the service can deliver features such as your library, search, categorization, and synchronization across devices.

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host SaveFlow. In particular, we may use Supabase for our database, authentication, file storage, and related backend infrastructure. Data may be stored on servers operated by these providers.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage where supported by our providers, access controls, logging, and the principle of least privilege for internal access.

No service can be 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us at support.saveflowapp@gmail.com.

6. Third-Party Services

SaveFlow relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. These providers act as our processors and only handle data needed for their specific function.

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and backend infrastructure.
  • OpenAI — AI processing of screenshots and text to generate tags, categories, summaries, and search improvements.
  • Google Sign-In — optional authentication via your Google account.
  • Apple Sign-In — optional authentication via your Apple account.
  • Google Analytics — aggregated usage analytics to understand how SaveFlow is used.
  • Microsoft Clarity — product analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings, used to improve usability.
  • Third-party payment processors — to be added when paid plans launch, to securely handle subscriptions and one-time purchases.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information to third parties only when needed to operate the service, to comply with law, to protect our rights and the safety of our users, or in the context of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

SaveFlow uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on our website and in our applications.

We use these technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and maintain your session.
  • Remember your language preference and other interface settings.
  • Measure usage and performance with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Protect against fraud and abuse and keep the service secure.
  • Improve the overall experience and performance of SaveFlow.

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent parts of SaveFlow from working correctly, such as staying signed in.

8. User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. SaveFlow aims to honor these rights for all users where reasonably possible. You may:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data and uploaded content.
  • Request an export of your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain types of processing where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support.saveflowapp@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete individual screenshots, categories, and other content from your SaveFlow account at any time. You can also request deletion of your entire account.

Once your account is deleted, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten on a regular schedule.

To request account deletion, write to us at support.saveflowapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

10. International Users

SaveFlow is operated from the Russian Federation and is available to users worldwide. By using SaveFlow, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection rules.

We rely on infrastructure and AI providers (such as Supabase and OpenAI) that may process data in various jurisdictions. We work to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place when data is transferred internationally.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, our practices, or applicable laws. The latest version will always be available at saveflowapp.com/privacy and will take effect once published.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy or by sending a service email. Your continued use of SaveFlow after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
