Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and SaveFlow, owned and operated by Elena Nikolaevna Soloveva (Соловьева Елена Николаевна), an individual service provider based in the Russian Federation ("SaveFlow", "we", "our", "us").

SaveFlow is an AI-powered screenshot organizer that allows you to upload, store, search, categorize, and rediscover screenshots and images through the website saveflowapp.com and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SaveFlow. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

If you use SaveFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

Your license to use SaveFlow

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SaveFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, source code, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and AI models or prompts created by us — remain the exclusive property of SaveFlow and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all screenshots, images, text, tags, notes, and other materials you upload, create, or store in SaveFlow (your "Content"). We do not claim ownership of your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant SaveFlow a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, process, and create technical derivatives of your Content solely as necessary to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
• Process your Content with AI models for categorization, search, and similar features.
• Create thumbnails, previews, and backups required for reliable operation.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.

This license exists only for as long as your Content is stored in SaveFlow. When you delete Content or your account, the license ends, subject to short technical retention periods described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your Content and do not use it to train third-party AI models.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us at support.saveflowapp@gmail.com as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or login credentials to any other person, and you may not use a single account on behalf of multiple end users in a way that circumvents plan limits or fair usage.

You agree to use SaveFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the Content you upload and for your actions on the Service.

You must not

• Upload, store, or share content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist content, or content that incites violence.
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit code, or any other harmful or malicious files.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, stalk, or otherwise abuse other persons.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying ideas of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limiting, authentication, billing, or any other technical measures of the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related network without our explicit written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or access to it without our prior written consent.
• Share a single account between multiple individuals, create accounts by automated means, or circumvent free plan limits through multiple accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to operate a public file-sharing or hosting platform.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or that may disrupt the Service for other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or any agreement to which you are a party.

Enforcement, suspension, and termination

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, or that your activity poses a risk to SaveFlow, other users, or third parties, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Issue a warning.
• Remove, restrict, or disable access to specific Content.
• Limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service or any part of it.
• Delete your account and associated data, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
• Report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations accrued before termination and does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Free plan

SaveFlow offers a free plan. After registration, your first 100 screenshots are free. The free plan includes core features such as upload, AI-powered categorization, search, and browsing. Once the free quota is used, you may continue using the Service by subscribing to a Paid Plan.

We may change the limits, features, or availability of the free plan at any time, subject to reasonable notice where required by law.

Paid plans and subscriptions

We plan to introduce paid subscription plans (collectively, "Paid Plans"). Pricing and billing details will be displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm any transaction.

• Monthly subscription — Russia: 399 RUB/month; International: 4.99 USD/month.
• Annual subscription — Russia: 3,990 RUB/year; International: 49.99 USD/year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods or unused functionality.
• We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, or local tax authority.

Price changes

We may change prices, introduce new fees, or modify Paid Plan features at any time. Changes will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for. We will provide reasonable advance notice (by email, in-app message, or on the website) before changes take effect for the next billing period. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade your account to the free plan, restrict access to paid features, or suspend the account until payment is received.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory.

SaveFlow expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, including without limitation:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or quality of any information, AI-generated tags, categories, search results, suggestions, or other output produced by the Service.
• Warranties that any defects in the Service will be corrected, or that the Service will be compatible with your devices, software, or workflows.

We do not guarantee any specific level of availability, uptime, performance, or response time of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, upgrades, technical failures, attacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any Content that is important to you. SaveFlow is not a backup or archival service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SaveFlow, its owner, employees, contractors, partners, or licensors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
• Loss, corruption, or unavailability of Content, including AI-generated output.
• Service interruptions, errors, defects, or delays.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• The conduct of any third party, including other users of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), is limited to the greater of:

• The total amount you paid to SaveFlow for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or
• USD 50 (or its equivalent in your local currency).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the exclusions above apply only to the extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold SaveFlow harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Changes to the Service

We are continuously improving SaveFlow. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, functionality, plans, limits, or the Service as a whole, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to give you advance notice of material changes that materially reduce the functionality you actively rely on, where this is practical and not contrary to law, security, or the protection of third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated Terms will be posted at saveflowapp.com/terms with a new "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app message) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
